Customising Your Clothing

Your logo is an important part of your business and your staff should be portraying a professional image. Branding your companies uniforms can be a great way of enhancing your business and projecting professionalism.

Whether it is through Embroidery, Silk Screen Printing or Heat Applied Vinyl Transfers, we have the in-house expertise and facilities to get the right look for your workwear. Below are guides to ordering each type of branding that we offer:

Clothing With Simple Text Embroidery

If you are simply having your company name or any other text on your garments, you can now use our online Embroidery Configurator to add embroidery to your purchase. The process is SIMPLE and you can place an order by following these steps:

1. Browse through our shop to find the garments that you are looking for.
2. Add your garments to the shopping basket.
3. Once you are happy with your selection, proceed to checkout.
4. From the checkout screen click the "Add Embroidery" button.
5. Use the Embroidery Configurator to choose the colour, style, size and position of your text.
6. Click preview to view the text in the embroidery font of your choice
7. Once you are satified with your design, click "Create Artwork" Your design will be saved and you will be re-directed back to the shopping basket.
8. Select from the drop down box next to your chosen items, how many you would like to have embroidered with your new design and the system will automatically calculate your final bill.
9. Click the "Google Checkout" button and enter your card details to complete your purchase!

We endeavour to complete online embroidery orders within 5-7 working days from purchase (subject to stock).

Clothing With Logo Embroidery

We can put virtually any logo on a garment but the complexity and stitch counts vary from case to case. As a result, it is difficult for us to set prices without seeing your logo so we do need to quote on an individual basis for logo embroidery.

To get a quote, all you need to do is email your logo to info@hivizworkwear.net for a prompt response. You can use the email tool on our Contact Us page, which will allow you to attach your picture, along with a list of the products that you have in your shopping basket.

Typical rates are around £2.25 per garment for the embroidery with a £15/20 setup fee for the design. Setup fees are one-off costs and we keep all designs on file for any future orders that you may wish to place.

Printed Hi Vis Vests

We are running a promotion at the moment on Printed Hi Vis Vests, which are available at £2.50 each with further discounts for bulk orders. If you would like to order Printed Hi Vis Vests, simply purchase the required number through our shop and you will receive an email from one of our designers requesting the details of your artwork.

We can print anything on the vests, from simple text to full logos, however, at this price, the print is in greyscale only and can not be applied in colour. We do offer vests printed in full colour with prices on application. If you require full colour printing then please see below for details of the services we can offer.

The lead time for printed vests is approximately 5 working days from confirmation of your artwork approval. We do offer a fast track service on this item where goods are despatched within 48 hours (working days) of artwork approval for a surcharge of 25%. You have the option to add this when completing your check out however the fast track service is for orders with printed vests only and will not be available if you are including other tems with your order.

Printing (All Other Garments)

As well as embroidery, we also provide in-house printing of our garments. This is particularly suited to the Hi-Visibility range of goods that we offer but can also work well with other items such as polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets etc... Printing usually relates to large logos/text to the back of garments.

We can print using 3 different methods including Screen Printing, Heat applied Vinyl and digital full colour transfers. Each process has different merits and we can recommend to you which one would suit best based on your logo requirements.

At this stage, it is only possible to order embroidery online (with the exception of the Printed Hi Vis Vest product), however, we are developing an online Print Tool which will be available soon.
