We have made every effort to ensure that the colours and images used in this catalogue give a good representation of the products themselves, but we cannot guarantee this due to monitor resolution/brightness.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and when you see an item you would like to buy select a colour and size and length, if applicable, and click 'Add To Basket'. Click "View Basket" to view the total cost of your order. Here you can delete items and amend quantities ordered. Click "Checkout" to arrange payment and confirm your order. Shipping & Tax are calculated during checkout through PayPal.

Acceptance of your order is subject to status and stock availability. Your order will be held electronically and in paper format by Trading Style for future reference.

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal.

Force Majeure

Where we are unable to perform due to any circumstances beyond our control we may suspend performance while those circumstances subsist and any agreed date or period for delivery shall be regarded as extended accordingly. If any period of suspension of deliveries lasts for more than three months, either party may cancel the contract by written notice without penalty.

Price

All prices shown in this online catalogue exclude post and packing, VAT and any other promotional offer or discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.

Orders above £500.00 before VAT will be dispatched free of charge. Below this value, a post and packing charge of between £6.50 and £10.00 (plus VAT) per order will be incurred for deliveries within most areas of mainland UK. In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver to you and a second delivery journey is required, or if the second attempted delivery is unsuccessful, in which case the goods will be returned to Trading Style, additional carriage charges incurred may be charged to you.

Delivery Schedule

Non Customised goods are normally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order or payment. Trading Style will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by failure of the carrier to deliver.

Any claim for non-delivery of or damage to the goods in transit should be made within seven days of the date of the invoice for them. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of the goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

Stock Availability

If you select a size/colour combination which is out of stock you will receive notification from Trading Style.

Returns Policy

The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the goods remains with Trading Style until payment has been received in full for the goods and any other garments for which payment is also due.

If any garments are not required for any reason we will be happy to replace them or to refund their value provided that; (a) they are returned to us carriage paid, unused (other than for the purpose of trying on), within seven days of delivery; (b) our invoice relating to the relevant goods has been paid by the due date; and (c) a written note is enclosed quoting the invoice number and stating the reason for the garments being returned. Garments which have been used but are returned within seven days under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will also be refunded although a handling fee may be deducted from the refund. In the case of return of ten or more garments a handling charge relating to the administration costs incurred may be applied by Trading Style. Goods returned are done so at your risk and you are advised to use a service which provides a guarantee of delivery. If you are returning items for an exchange, where the goods are not faulty, you will be responsible for carriage charges both ways. Please note that refunds issued are for the value of the goods returned only and not for the carriage charges. This policy does not apply to altered or personalised garments.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and both parties shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
