We have recently changed our delivery rates. The following rates apply as of 04/10/2010.

Non UK Mainland Deliveries
Please note that the consignment rates published above cover mainland UK only and exclude Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands of Scotland and all other small islands within the UK. We can deliver to these non mainland locations but delivery charges are normally more expensive with an approximate cost of £20-£25. If you want an order delivered to one of these locations then please contact us and we will make arrangements for you.
Delivery Times
All of our parcels are sent out on a 24 hour courier. Plain items that are constantly in stock, such as hi viz vests, are normally despatched same day for next day delivery providing the order reaches us before 4pm. If the order is for non stock items that have to be ordered in, delivery is usually 3 working days.
Printed/Embroidered orders have lead time of around 7 working days. We do endeavour to despatch them faster and we have particularly fast turnaround on printed hi viz vests so don't be suprised if your order arrives quicker than that!
Our Courier
We currently despatch the majority of our orders with City-Link. On occasion, you may receive a delivery from one of the other main couriers though such as FedEx or DPD. Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail (First Class).
