Plain items that are constantly in stock, such as hi viz vests, are normally dispatched same day for next day delivery providing the order reaches us before 4.00 pm. If the order is for non stock items that have to be ordered in, delivery is usually 3 working days. Printed/Embroidered orders have a lead time of around 7 to 10 working days. We do endeavour to dispatch them faster and we have a particularly fast turnaround on printed hi viz vests so don't be surprised if your order arrives quicker than that!
Returns
in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will replace it
If an Item is plain but not suitable it can be returned to us at your expense, we will exchange if required but there will be an additional carriage charge
Customised faulty items will be replaced. We cannot accept returns on any other basis as they are no longer re-saleable
